The hike itself is 7.5 miles long, however your legs will be feeling the 433 ft. elevation. This is definitely a more traditional hiking experience, for those looking to go on a nature trip or take a mountain bike excursion.
Arch Rock:
Arch Rock is possibly the most well known view on the island because of the unique rock form that its named after. The Arch Rock hiking trail is a must for anyone looking to experience some of Mackinac’s icon features. With it being less than 2.5 miles, the hike is kid and pet friendly and it’s a historic site on the island. Perfect for some morning exercise with a cup of coffee.
